If you are guiding a trip, once the initial EMG volunteer-only registration period ends, consider distributing an invitation through your personal networks – many guides find their volunteers, colleagues, neighbors, relatives, and friends are interested in going on a tour they lead. Clearly, these are not our primary target audience, but if we are just a few shy of sending you and our target audience on an adventure, this may make it possible. Put the word out early and ask folks who care about you to help spread the word.
